Hot Stone Massage
Traditional Basalt Stones are used as an extension of our Signature Therapeutic Massage throughout this warm, restorative treatment; Basalt stones are a flat volcanic rock which retain and release heat at a controlled and safe level. As they are guided over your muscles with long flowing strokes they transfer their heat, helping to ease and release your areas of tension whilst promoting deeper relaxation.

Pregnancy Massage

Each session is performed with the utmost care and comfort for you and your Baby, Extra Pillows and blankets keep you feeling snug and cosy throughout, and as all pregnancy massage sessions are preformed side lying so that compression of any significant blood vessels is avoided and your back and uterine ligaments are completely supported, allowing you to relax and drift away knowing you are in good hands.

Cupping Therapy
Cupping is a therapeutic technique that uses controlled suction to gently lift the skin and underlying tissue. This creates a decompressive effect, helping to increase local circulation, reduce muscle tension, and support the body’s natural healing response.
Unlike traditional massage, which applies pressure into the muscles, cupping works by lifting the tissue. This can help improve glide between layers of fascia (connective tissue), making it particularly useful for areas of restriction, stiffness, or chronic tightness.
During your treatment, cups may be placed and left in one area, or gently moved across the skin (gliding cupping), depending on your individual needs. The sensation is often described as a steady pulling or pressure, and is generally well tolerated and deeply relieving.
You may notice temporary circular marks following your session. These are a normal response caused by changes in local blood flow and typically fade within a few days to a week. Mild tenderness may also be present.
Cupping can be integrated into your massage to support tissue mobility, reduce tension, and enhance overall recovery.
Cupping is available at no extra charge with All Massage treatments 45mins and over, where safe and suitable. - not available with pregnancy massage sessions.
